1. If the vacuum pump stops running for about 4 weeks, the pump should be completely drained according to item 3, and then the anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out. The air port is poured into the vacuum pump and then operated briefly. If the impeller due to the use of hard water and stopped after a long time to stop the pump, the pump cavity should be filled with 10% oxalic acid for about 30 minutes.
2. If hard water is used as the working fluid, the hard water must be softened or rinsed with a regular solvent.
3. Lubrication, in normal working conditions, the use of 50Hz motor: 20,000 hours after the operation or up to three years, should be removed within the bearing and accessories space of waste oil and its stolen goods and filled with new grease. The oil should be accounted for 50% of the bearing free space and 65% of the bearing cover space.
If the working conditions are very poor, the grease replacement cycle is correspondingly shortened.
4. When the exhaust is empty, open the tank outlet and allow the liquid to flow out. And turn the vacuum pump by turning the fan by hand until no liquid flows out.
Tilt the pump 45 degrees, can be basically empty the vacuum pump. So that even if the vacuum pump for a long time or in a cold climate, it will not damage the pump.
5. To avoid impeller, pump wear or impeller jamming, dust particles entering the pump chamber with the gas and working fluid should be flushed through the flushing mouth at the bottom of the pump cover.
